At the initial announcement of Ubisoft's Naval Action Skull & Bones during the E3 2017 Fair, we learned that this new IP development team Ubisoft Singapore will have And a single player campaign. Although it is primarily a multiplayer game, the players are certainly interested in how the single player component of the game will look like the very concept of the game. Now, to meet the Gamescom 2017 fair we have learned the first more specific information about this game component.
Justin Farren's creative director recently revealed to GameSpot that Skull & Bones will not have a classic story driven campaign separate from the multiplayer component such as Call of Duty, Gears of War and similar games, but will have a single Player campaign with a shared narrative experience the most similar to what Destiny has to say. Accordingly, the story of the game will be overwhelmed by players over the months of the game, offering them a completely new storyline, and players will experience Skull & Bones' adventure in the way they want, as the game will have a fairly live, self-working world that will React to player reactions. As all this will look like in practice, we do not know for now, but it will certainly be interesting to see what the Ubisofts are saving to us.
Skull & Bones will be on sale at the end of next year and we will be able to play it on PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
